Since the beginning IDEAL was specialized in the production of eyewear components as well as of metallic small parts for different pourposes. With his constant attention to quality and innovation, IDEAL have achieved the position of one of the world market leader in his field. The main activities include metallic components machining, design and production of dies and production and distribution of metallic components. A wide range of tooling machines, continuosly rinnovated, allows IDEAL to reach very high quality standards for the total satisfaction of the Customers. A very modern department equipped with 2 CNC Machining Centers of the last generation and 4 machines for spark erosion, is totally dedicated for mould production. The cold forging department equipped with 20 presses (hydraulic presses up to 400 tons and mechanical presses up to 65 tons), is able to optimize the use of the moulds and to produce a wide range of products. Many of the produced components require a specific production process, while others require special machinings and partial or total assembling with other components: so the need of special departments like “swaging dept.”, “milling dept.” and “welding and spot welding dept.”. Since the beginning IDEAL assure reliability and precision which are obtained with machines-tool specially made and tested in the specific department. These machines are optimized with the working process and thus they are able to work with the maximum efficiency and precision. Quality means a careful approach to the Customer in order to assure its satisfaction, but also a costant check of the product during the working process, before the product leave the Factory. Fast response and respect of lead time are two of the most important points to evaluate the Customer Service Level. In order to maintain its engagement with the Customers, IDEAL is equipped with a wide stock of raw material and with an efficient delivery system. The working process can be considered complete only when the products are supplied with an appropriate cleaning and surface finishing. Ultrasound washing machines and a wide range of tumblers, constantly followed by specialized personnel, allow the achievement of the better results. The staff of the Commercial Dept. Is always available for showing our production and for making estimates for production of any tipe of components under Customer’s specification. Beside ISO9001-2000 (VISION) quality certification for design for production and distribution of components since the year 1999, IDEAL also extended its Quality System to the design and production of dental implants & components in June 2006, achieving ISO Certificate 13485-2004 and CE mark.
